Information according to Art. 13 and Art.21 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Please note the following information with respect to Art. 13 GDPR on the processing of your data and with regards to Art. 21 GDPR on your rights under data protection law.

2. The data will be processed for the following purposes and on the basis of the following legal basis:
- Conclusion and performance of the contract with you according to Art. 6 Section 1b) GDPR
- Protection of our legitimate interests, such as mutual fulfilment of the obligations arising from the contract between us and you.
- Subject to your consent, data will also be processed for advertising and marketing purposes. You can object to this use at any time.
Right of objection according to Art 21 GDPR:
You have the right, for reasons due to your particular situation, to object at any time to the processing of your personal data which takes place on the basis of the weighing of interests in accordance with Art. 6 Section 1 f) GDPR. We will then no longer process your personal data unless we can prove that there are grounds worthy of protection which outweigh your interests or further processing serves to assert legal claims or defend against them.
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data for advertising purposes or the sending of newsletters. After an objection has been made, the personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes.

- Vendor no.
We will transmit your data to areas within our company that require the data to fulfil the contract. Furthermore, we will transfer your data to public bodies and authorities if there is a legal obligation.
4. Transferring your data to a third country outside the EU:
A transfer of data to a country outside the EU does not normally take place, except in the context of the processing of orders by a service provider in a third country who has undertaken to comply with the data protection provisions of the EU-GDPR.
5. Deletion of your data:
Your data will be deleted after the purpose limitation has ceased to apply or after the expiry of legal deadlines.

- Right of access, rectification, cancellation, limitation of processing and transfer of data (art.15 to 22 GDPR), these rights can be obtained directly from datenschutz@hauraton.com. For more information on the rights of persons concerned, please also refer to the data protection notice on our website.
- Right to object to processing based on Art. 6 section 1 f) GDPR (Art. 13 section 2b) in conjunction with Art. 21 GDPR
- Right of appeal to the supervisory authority if you have doubts about the lawful processing of your personal data (Art. 77 GDPR)
